JONATHAN PAGEAU
Icon Carver, Teacher, Editor of Orthodox Arts Journal, & Podcaster
Jonathan is a professional artist, writer and public speaker. He delivers several lectures every year in Universities, conferences and other venues around North America. He speaks on art, but mostly on the symbolic structures that underlie our experience of the world.
Through his YouTube channel and podcast, The Symbolic World, he also furthers the conversation on symbolism, meaning and patterns in everything from movies, to icons, to social trends.
As an artist, Jonathan is one of the only professional icon carvers in North America, taking on institutional and personal art commissions from all over the world. You can view his works in his carving website.
Jonathan is the editor and a contributor for the Orthodox Arts Journal which looks at the revival and significance of liturgical art today. He also gives weeklong carving classes with Hexaemeron School of Liturgical Arts , which are credited by Pontifex University.

Fr. Stephen Freeman is an archpriest in the Orthodox Church in America and serves as pastor of St. Anne Orthodox Church in Oak Ridge, TN. He was educated at Furman University, Seabury-Western Theological Seminary, and Duke University. He is author of the popular blog, Glory to God for All Things, and of the weekly podcast, Glory to God, on Ancient Faith Radio.
His blog “Glory to God for All Things” has quickly become one of the most read Orthodox sites on the Web, being translated frequently in Romanian, French, Russian, and Serbian, by enthusiastic readers. He is also author of the book Everywhere Present, published by Conciliar Press
FATHER DEACON DANIEL DOZIER
Byzantine Catholic Deacon, Associate Professor, Director at Word of Life Institute, & Speaker
Fr. Deacon Daniel Dozier is a deacon in the Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Phoenix, serving at St. George the Great Byzantine Catholic Church in Olympia, WA.
He is Associate Professor of Sacred Scripture for Sts. Cyril and Methodius Byzantine Catholic Seminary in Pittsburgh, PA as well as an Academic Associate in Catholic Leadership for Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH. He also serves as the Director of Word of Life Institute in Eastern Christian Formation (www.wordoflifeinstitute.com) which hosts an annual Eastern Catholic Bible Conference.
In addition, he serves as a member of the Eastern Catholic Eparchial Directors of Religious Education, under the authority of the Eastern Catholic Associates of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. He is both a retreat and conference speaker, especially in the areas of biblical and iconic catechesis, church leadership and diaconal ministry.
